Delivery & Flower Care

Deliveries typically take place between 11 am - 5 pm. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive their flowers during this window. If a more specific delivery time is needed, we're happy to do our best to coordinate with the recipient, though specific times cannot be guaranteed.

Fresh flowers are sensitive to heat/extreme conditions and should be brought indoors to a cool, temperature-controlled environment as soon as possible. Gentle Offerings is not responsible for wilting or damage caused by prolonged exposure to heat or arrangements left unattended after delivery. Each arrangement also includes a detailed care card with instructions on how to properly care for your flowers.
